§ 1 Scope
These GTC apply to the use of poll & debate (hereinafter “Service”), operated by Majesty Developers, owner Omar Jelalu Awel, Irenenstraße 66, 40468 Düsseldorf.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded upon completion of registration / purchase of a subscription.
§ 3 Scope of Services
- Free version: limited features
- Premium version: monthly €9.99 / annually €99 (incl. 19% VAT)
- Term: cancellable monthly, for annual subscriptions up to 14 days before renewal
§ 4 Payment
Payment via Stripe. Invoices by email. Payment due: immediately.
§ 5 Right of Use
Simple, non-transferable right of use for the term. No subletting.
§ 6 Availability
At least 99% on an annual average. No liability in case of force majeure or (announced) maintenance.
§ 7 Termination & Revocation
- Consumers: 14-day right of revocation (expires upon commencement of service with consent)
- Premium termination: at any time with effect to the next billing period
§ 8 Liability
Liability only for intent and gross negligence. No liability for lost profits or data loss.
§ 9 Final Provisions
Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf (as far as permissible). German law applies.
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
